Welcome to Magic Monkei. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Magic Monkei provides a subscription-based digital content distribution service. Upon subscribing, you receive credentials to access our Tinfoil shop, which hosts downloadable content for Nintendo Switch consoles with custom firmware.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may register using email/password, Google, or Discord authentication.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and payment methods through the Billing section of your dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; attempt to circumvent access controls; use the service for any unlawful purpose; redistribute content obtained through the service; reverse-engineer or interfere with the service infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
The Magic Monkei name, logo, website, and all related software are the property of Magic Monkei. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content provided through the service for personal use only.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not affiliated with Nintendo or any console manufacturer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Monkei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
